Favorite Posts from 2010

This has been a wonderful year for Aisle with Style. I added an author (the lovely, Jannah), doubled the number of posts from 2009 and twice as many of you tuned in every week. Thank you faithful readers! It's so great to know I'm not writing just because I like to hear my own voice (or however that translates over cyberspace!).

Here are 10 of my favorite posts from 2010:

Spring Programs

Pocket Bridesmaid Dresses

Are You Leaping?

Coral Part I & Coral Part II

Yellow. The Color of Summer.

Not Your Mother's Veil

Groomsmen Gifts

Fleece-Lined Tights

Alabama Wedding

I'm so excited for what's to come in 2011; I hope you are too!

Sweet Santa Monica Wedding

I wish I could show you every single picture from this wedding! It makes me smile; it is casual and warm. S-W-E-E-T is the word I'm looking for here. From the bridesmaid dresses to the table numbers this wedding is gushing with an understated girliness (and a little DIY) that I simply adore!

Check back tomorrow to find out how to get the look!

Bow Ties

Gentlemen: If you're not a bow tie guy, I'll just go ahead and forgive you now. I believe in them. I think they're smart. These gents really know how to pull off the tie. Don't you want to look smart, too?

Details: Socks

I love when grooms choose to express their personalities with their socks. They always make such cute pictures. Here are my favorites!

This one is a personal favorite. These guys look like they're having so much fun!

Groomsmen Gifts

Planning on DIY-ing your groomsmen's gifts? Here's an awesome and possibly budget friendly (depending on your taste in liquor) idea. It's a personalized drink box complete with mixing instructions. Wrap up the ingredients for your favorite drink (or each of your groomsmen's favorite) and have your bride-to-be help you make the boxes look nice and pretty.

If you're more likely to go out and buy your groomsmen gifts (which is totally normal, acceptable and wonderful....everyone doesn't have the DIY bug and I think that's okay), here are some fun and unique finds!

Groomsmen Gifts

Row I: Black Leather Cigar Case . Beer Soap . Roll Up Drum Kit
Row II: Storm Trooper Tuxedo Cuff Links . Personalized Cigar Humidor . Monogrammed Steak Branding Iron
Row III: Personalized Shoe Shine Kit . Power Saw Pizza Cutter . Monogrammed Pocket Watch

Happy Planning!
